I am currently working as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Oracle. Previously, I worked as an Engineering Manager at VMware, where I Managed the Apple R&D team of 9 engineers, driving the development of new features for the UEM Admin console. This resulted in enhanced functionality for 13+ million enrolled iOS (iPhone, iPad) devices and 10+ million monthly active users. Before this, I managed the Workspace ONE Tunnel R&D team of 5 engineers to develop and support critical features of the Tunnel UEM Admin console, providing enhanced functionality for seamless and secure access to the enterprise resources.

I am proficient in Agile methodologies and tools and have established best-of-the Agile practices in teams. These practices have streamlined sprint-related activities, including better estimation, planning and execution. As a result, we have achieved higher quarterly POR predictability of deliverables, and consistently deliver high-quality product features that meet the needs and expectations of customers and the end users.
